With less than two months to plan—right through the busy holiday season—our client asked CROW Practice to design a complete wellness offering at Mandalay Bay, incorporating tradeshow activations for a crowd of 1,500. The goal? Implement wellness activations and interactive activations that reduce stress, engage attendees, and maintain a smooth event flow—all without long wait times or disruption. We were ready to deliver an experience that felt effortless, accessible, and right-sized for the bustling tradeshow atmosphere.
Two days after the initial call, we delivered a detailed proposal. We worked hand-in-hand with the client to clarify objectives, fine-tune station selections, and map a seamless wellness experience.
We created seven purpose-built wellness zones to maintain a balanced flow:
A team of 25 Wellness Experts and vendor partners staffed each zone, guiding participants, maintaining energy, and ensuring high engagement throughout the day.
Across two hours of breakout time, we ran three 15-minute fitness mini-sessions—including yoga—in adjacent rooms. This allowed up to 400 attendees to participate without crowding the main floor.
